Fixed limit means that all bets and raises have to be a predetirmined amount. There are usually two levels, a small bet for the earlier rounds and a big bet for the later rounds.
Betting is capped at 4 bets per round, (one bet and three raises), unless the action is head to head in which case there is no cap on the number of raises.
It's similar to fixed limit but instead of being restricted to a certain bet, you can bet within a range up to that bet.
Like fixed limit, betting is capped at 4 bets per round, (one bet and three raises), unless the action is head to head in which case there is no cap on the number of raises.
All bets must be equal or greater than the previous bet or raise up to the maximum spread.
A player may bet or raise any amount up to the size of the pot, where the “pot” includes everything in the middle plus the last bet and the amount needed to call.
Players may bet any amount of their chips at any time, up to all-in.
Minimum bet – equal to the big blind (e.g., $4 in a $2/$4 game).
Minimum raise – must be at least the size of the last full bet or raise.
Maximum bet – a player’s entire stack.
